At The PrincessAce, we want you to feel like royalty in your new wardrobe; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
